Minimum order for delivery is £35.00, however there is no minimum order for collection.
Orders can be collected. Collection address will be communicated via email or text once order is confirmed
Refunds are processed on very rare occasions.
We strive to maintain high standards of customer care. Unfortunately, there may be circumstances where you feel that we have not delivered to these high standards.
Where you feel it necessary to make a complaint, we will aim to resolve your complaint as effectively and fairly as possible. Your custom is important to us and we want you to be entirely satisfied with the service that you receive from us.
All our dishes are freshly prepared using the best ingredients.
Should you have any special dietaries or allergies, please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions you may have on your preferred dishes, and we will be more than happy to offer alternatives and provide you with all the necessary information.
Our bulk orders are packaged in vacuum sealed bags.
Our meals are packaged in kraft and plastic containers.
